I came here twice. Both times spent multiple hours going back and forth on pricing. I was unable to buy the vehicle because at the end of it after running my credit and Both times spent multiple hours going back and forth on pricing. I was unable to buy the vehicle because at the end of it after running my credit and seeing what the monthly payment was I was not able to afford it. I have no issues with the price and understand that they did their best to work with me as much as they could. The reason for me leaving this review is to tell you about the horrible customer service I endured while leaving. While I was waiting for my plate to be put back on my car the manager Josh Seith came out side and tried to speak to me about why I was leaving. I explained to him multiple times I truly just couldn’t afford the payment with the added warranty and gap which their other employee Robert made us realize we cannot buy a car with out it. Josh then began rolling his eyes and became aggressive. As he was walking back inside away from us after I stated I just want my tag, because at this point I felt like I was being held hostage, Josh began yelling that we were time wasters. As someone who has worked in sales for years I COULD NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER THEY WASTED MY TIME. It is incredibly rude not to mention HIGHLY unprofessional. Dino came back out and was trying to hold the deal together he even said he could probably come down off the total price. But due to the fact of how Josh Seith treated me and my family I was so upset that I told Dino I will never buy a vehicle from here ever. My whole family has always gone to this dealer ship and has purchased 3 vehicles from there over the years. This review is not for me to try to get a better deal on the vehicle or to complain about the price it is strictly to inform everyone who is thinking about doing business there of the disrespect I had to endure from one of their managers. I was the first person at the dealership for an oil change, and I parked in the lane Marked oil change. Upon the shop opening, all of the other vehicles were allowed to come into the bay with the excep change, and I parked in the lane Marked oil change. Upon the shop opening, all of the other vehicles were allowed to come into the bay with the exception of me, because there was a car that was placed in my lane. I was told that I needed to get behind everybody else even though the first person there.
