Let me first say Josh at the service desk was great and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. That being said had the service dept put 4 new tires on my jeep Rubicon the day before we left for a long roa resolved the issue to my satisfaction. That being said had the service dept put 4 new tires on my jeep Rubicon the day before we left for a long road trip for the holidays. Apparently the tech who worked on my vehicle never balanced or improperly balanced the brand new tires. 2 hours into our trip we had to make arrangements to.find an auto.repair place to fix the issue due to the jeep shaking and vibrating so badly. All I have to say without getting aggravated all over again More
