This was not my first rodeo… His open transparent approach allowed the purchase of my vehicle to take place in a timely manner. No xxxxxxxx, no fluff, straight facts. He was personable from the start and days after the purchase, he continues to answer ALL of my questions. My experience with Joel has shifted my mindset for future purchases and service. 3rd times did my oil change and i always requested for a car wash and to fill up my vehicle's windshield washer. It wasn't done again. I called and talked to somebody. He told me to drive by any time or an car wash and to fill up my vehicle's windshield washer. It wasn't done again. I called and talked to somebody. He told me to drive by any time or any day so he personally will do it. But why bother driving back there for 30 miles roundtrip. I'll just go to a nearby carwash for no arguments and headache. More
