I took my Charger in for routine maintenance--oil change and tire rotation--and Joshua was my rep. Had me in and out quickly. Returned to Arrigo two days later because of remote key fob questions. Saw Ste and tire rotation--and Joshua was my rep. Had me in and out quickly. Returned to Arrigo two days later because of remote key fob questions. Saw Steve Robert's, who sold me the car, and he explained key fob problem. Also saw Dan Micek, who took care of a tire problem during previous maintenance. Dan explained a question I had about my invoice as Joshua was at lunch. Then had email follow-up from Joshua later. Excellent service as usual. More
