Bought used on line. Wouldn’t talk on phone had to text. Got texts from at least 4 different numbers. Didn’t get questions answered. Very confusing. When I showed up for appt to buy there were 5 sales guys leaning on the railing by the front door checking us out as we walked up….very old school. Paperwork experience was ok, but more like getting processed at the DMV. I drove 140 miles to buy the car so I’d guess they figured they wouldn’t see me again. More
