I came in for a simple oil change, but the “fast service” lane was blocked with a cone. Diverted to the full “service” inbound lane next to the “remain with your vehicle sign” for 15 minutes while watchi lane was blocked with a cone. Diverted to the full “service” inbound lane next to the “remain with your vehicle sign” for 15 minutes while watching four service advisors make busy at their desks without any customers. One of them finally signaled that he saw me, but he didn’t move. At the 18 minute mark, a delightful young lady came out of the office and made the necessary paperwork arrangements for my oil change. She said the wait time will be an hour & a half. I told her no problem, because I had already spent 50 minutes in traffic to get there from Vero Beach. Work was done on professionally & on time., Question, why mess up great mechanical service with poor customer response on the front end? More
