Overall very happy. Had a turbo that seized and my wife and I are full time in an RV so getting this fixed quick was high on the list. Ram had no inventory ( no surprise there) but my service tech found a turbo in Orlando. Took a bit longer than anticipated to have it shipped but once it arrived they jumped right on it. So it only delayed us 2 days. No big deal. If I have anything negative to say is that the paperwork indicates a video on the repair (didn't happen) and they washed the truck (also didn't happen). But these are really minor as compared to getting my truck on the road quickly. Very happy with the team over there. More
