There was no communication from the service agent, I had to call for updates. I was told they were extremely busy, That does not excuse communication in my opinion. Was told I can cancel the car because of the janky business I came in after speaking to the finance guy who told me he would cancel, he wasn’t there so I spoke with the manager he was willing to cancel, but the general manager said that he didn’t want to .
