I had back to back appointments for mine and my wife's cars (standard oil and tire visit). I made an appointment at 9a on both days and there was still a line. However, once I got checked in, I was in and cars (standard oil and tire visit). I made an appointment at 9a on both days and there was still a line. Overall it was a good job but we made an appointment for new tires. When I made the appointment a week out I specifically asked if the tires would be there and was assured they would be. When I picked up my vehicle, the guy sprayed something strong in my car with the AC blaring. When I went home, I had to grab some stuff to bring in. Know wonder he sprayed. Needless to say, I'm not going there again and I'm having my vehicle checked by someone else. Makes me wonder if service was ever done. Called my service advisor about it to let her know. More
