Used to drive in for oil changes and service was quick. Now that they required scheduled oil changes I figured it would be just as quick if not more so. The service department has a lot of opportunities with both efficiency & customer service. Felix, my salesman was great. He reached out to me a couple of times the following week to see how I was doing. The service department was the problem. The wipers wouldn’t shut off, so at closing they gave me we owe you sheet for a new wiper switch. When I called later in the week to see if the part had come in, I was put on hold for 12 minutes then got someone’s voicemail and never heard back from anyone. So I went out and bought the part myself. I told Felix what did, and he said he would try to get me reimbursed for the part More

Didn't even put the car up on the lift until 90 minutes in. Then they forced me to pay for a new set of lug nuts they admitted were defective and they've known about it for years, or they wouldn't rotate the tires. Bought a used car that supposedly passed their inspection with flying colors. Not even 3 days later and it's undrivable because of a faulty transmission sensor. Luckily I have a 90 day warranty that came with the purchase... exept apparently the warranty isn't usable until a standard 30 days. In what world is it acceptable to advertise a 90 day warranty that takes 30 days to become active? And now they're acting like they're doing me a favor by "expediting" it to make it available faster, yet here I am with no car and a 80 minute commute to work still 5 days later. Absolutely shameful buisness practice. More

Website: I maybe misread. It said 7am! on a Saturday ? Cool I thought. I got to Auto Nation at 6.50am and it was as deserted as it could get. A guy finally came around the corner of the building and I asked him when it opened, and he said 8am. So I went back to East St. Paul for 45 minutes. Quick it wasn't for me. I was there 60 minutes to have a screw removed from a tire and install a plug in the hole. Set me back a whole thirty bucks. Greatfull for the Saturday early service. Customer waiting area was clean and nice. I would suggest if you are going to keep people waiting for a long period; replace the chairs! They are like sitting on a hockey bench.
