Came in for oil change, was very specific about checking the fluids!!! I wanted to have them write down what was added!!! Not a thing on my report!! I made it very clear to the 'new' adviser what I wanted.. the fluids!!! I wanted to have them write down what was added!!! Not a thing on my report!! 28 days to get an oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic. 4 more in shop. Very poor management. The ECU threw a catalytic converter fault code. Charged $197.00 for your diagnostic device to say diagnostic. 4 more in shop. Very poor management. The ECU threw a catalytic converter fault code. Took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change and a new 12 volt battery. I was very happy with the service I received. Both of the young men at the service desk were more than willing to help and never made volt battery. I was very happy with the service I received. The work on the on the recall was great but the service department needs a lot of work they do not know how to answer the phone or return a phone call. Had to get a neighbor drive me back to see if my expe department needs a lot of work they do not know how to answer the phone or return a phone call.
