Thought it ridiculous to make an appointment to replace a tail light bulb which was already purchased. At Toyota you pull in they replace it you drive out at no charge. They were super slow to check me in and the appointment took 45 minutes and costs $32 to simply screw a new bulb in. More

First of all, the phone system you have is sooo frustrating. I could not get through to your Service Ctr - called x 3 one day, 3 X the next day:Finally got through to your operator. I brought in my F150 because the front Break Line fluid leakage. They fix\replaced the break line in few hours, however my concern\question is to Ford company and not the dealer. How can a 6 year old truck leakage. They fix\replaced the break line in few hours, however my concern\question is to Ford company and not the dealer. How can a 6 year old truck break line just suddenly break? This is dangerous for the driver and other cars on the road, and I am willing to take Ford Company on this, there should be a recall for all 2016 F150. I will be calling Ford and stress this problem with them. More
