Will not use this dealership again. Communication is horrible. Promised to have my car done in 2 hours after 6 hours when I called asking what was going on, I was told it would be anoth Communication is horrible. They use Fifth Third bank for used vehicle loans, an unreputable bank. They just settled a 20 million dollar lawsuit regarding their vehicle loans. I have always had an amazing experience with them! But my last visit I was getting work done and also had an oil change!
