Quik Lane now closed. Had to work at 2:00, so made an appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short sta appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short staffed and a computer glitch that allowed double bookings to occur followed. I asked if I could still get in and out in 30 minutes and was told they couldn’t guarantee this. I spoke to the service manager and he got my truck right in and pulled another tech to help. It was done in less than 30 minutes and I made it to work on time. I should point out, however, that this same service manager was present at the desk when I initially pulled up and he was chatting with a young blonde bombshell for the whole 20 minutes I had waited while never looking my way before he walked off. Needs improvement! More
