I want to personally recognize Dominic for the way he handled my situation. He listened, understood my concerns, and handled the situation with respect, fairness, and common sense. Sometimes customer service is not just about following procedures. It is about understanding the person in front of you and trying to do the right thing. Dominic did exactly that. I really appreciate his attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help. Well, When I came in and met Tim. we just hit it off and started hunting a van. Few day Bam, we got one. Thanks to Tim for an awesome helping. I couldn't do without him. I was unable to reply before I left on vacation.
