The staff in service were kind and listened to my concerns and experiences with my Jeep. Of course they were not able to replicate the problem that I was having but I expected that. We have always been treated very well at the dealership. We have ordered a new 22 Pacifica and when it came they had it sparkling clean. It was absolutely wonderful.
