Great no hassle, no pressure shopping I had a very positive experience with Annapolis Subaru. My only disappointment was in that I thought Heather, was actually going to be meeting with m I had a very positive experience with Annapolis Subaru. My only disappointment was in that I thought Heather, was actually going to be meeting with me and I thought she was “my” salesperson. She had been so helpful to me with her expeditious follow ups on email and phone. She was Awesome! I felt we had formed a relationship, and had no idea she’d be “turning me over” to Kevin, when I arrived. I feel you should inform prospects who they will be meeting with, so they’re not surprised! But to Kevin’s credit, he was great! He’s a good listener and was very thorough on explaining the features on the cars. He was low key, and no pressure and I enjoyed his company! He also understood my time constraints and was considerate of that. The dealership is beautiful, has a warm welcoming atmosphere, created by a great staff. Everyone was always friendly and professional on the phone as well. I am thrilled with my new Outback and can’t wait to drive it more! Beautiful car that I am very proud to own. Thank you for a great overall experience and look forward to doing future business with Annapolis Subaru. More
