My wife really loved how well he was able to explain the Niro to her and made her feel comfortable. We visited tons of lots and Ronald was by far the best salesman we encountered. My 17 year old daughter was hit and totaled her car. We looked at a VW at the Nissan lot and they were rude and pushy. We left saying we wouldn’t shop at Andy Mohr ever again. We showed up and Craig didn’t want us to wait so he had a co-worker help on a test drive. My wife and I had a vehicle in mind when we first arrived. The sales man, Ronald New, was extremely helpful in showing us that vehicle, as well as multiple others we became interested in once we were arrived. Had an amazing experience buying a new Kia Soul Xline today. We drove an hour and a half from our hometown, and it was so worth it. Craig our salesman was so down to earth, helpful, and patient. We weren't sure exactly what we would be able to get within our budget, so Craig showed us multiple options. When we found the model we really liked, it was still a little high, so he worked to find a manager demo that we could afford. I never felt pressured to buy. I could tell he was trying to find something we loved, that we could also afford. Michael the sales manager was straightforward about our trade and gave us an all in "out the door" price, which I really appreciated. After we agreed on a price, I realized that I had misunderstood what color the manager demo was in (it was gray and my heart was set on green). So, Michael gave us a brand new green one for the same price. I would have been happy with the gray one, but was ecstatic with the one I got. While we were waiting for financing, Joe the GM came over to congratulate us and make sure we were having a good experience. I jokingly said that I really needed some Starbucks, so Joe actually took me through the drive-thru down the road in his brand new Kia Stinger. If that's not putting the customer first, I don't know what is. Andy Mohr Kia made us a customer for life, and I look forward to working with them again when it is my husband's turn to buy a new vehicle. More
I came in looking for a Malibu after I totaled mine. I figure it kept me safe in this bad wreck I’d like to be safe if I have another. I worked with Craig and he asked a million questions. Gave me a ton of info on it. I don’t think there is anything about KIA he doesn’t know lol He absolutely loves KIA and is the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with. In the end I couldn’t give up my nagging need for another Malibu and instead of telling me I made a bad call or pushing me towards an Optima, he sold me the Malibu and was overly excited that I bought the right car for me. Deem went over options in finance and let me choose what was best for me. Also got me a good warranty. I appreciate everything Andy Mohr Kia More
