I always dread car shopping! In my experience it's a time consuming torture. But, we really needed a new vehicle and had done some research and knew we liked the Buick Enclave. My husband and I had been to a local dealership prior to going to Andy Mohr this particular day, with every intention of buying a new vehicle. Why we did not just go to Andy Mohr in the first place, I still going to Andy Mohr this particular day, with every intention of buying a new vehicle. We had been to this local dealership first when we had purchased our last vehicle, and ended up buying the vehicle at Andy Mohr. Even though we traveled a little farther to Fishers, it was well worth the trip. Doug, our Andy Mohr salesman, put us at ease right away, not an easy task as, we were pretty worked up after just leaving the other dealership. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. He was in no way pushy or arrogant, as we have experienced in our past dealings with care salesmen. He worked very hard to get us what we wanted in the vehicle, a fair price for our trade-in, and a great interest rate on our loan. He has been very obliging by letting us contact him on his private family time. I know one thing for sure, the next time we are ready to trade-in our vehicle, I'm seeking out Doug Shepherd first, and hopefully last! More
