Robert Frohn 402-318-2030 I talked to Ben on Saturday afternoon. I thought he would get back to me that day. Then I thought Sunday he may call, but didn't. I understand he is busy. I will explain the problem here and you can pass it on. In the morning starting the truck, it first runs at 1200 RPMs. After a while I can start to feel warm air coming from the vents. Then the truck starts to idle down to about 750 rpm and shortly after the warm air starts cooling off until it is ice cold air coming out. I cant even defrost the windows in the morning without sitting in the truck and keeping the idle up. The Temperature gauge always runs below center on the cool side, so not sure if it needs replaced or not. But I am waiting for a call from someone to bring it in. This is something I would expect if I bought a vehicle from West O but I didn't expect this from a big name dealer such as yourselves.
