Our Purchase of a 2010 Ford Expedition El Limited was ruined by Mike Maschka finance manager at Anderson Ford Lincoln North. This guy is so full of himself and condesending that it is beyond belief. He had us looking at 4-5 different warranty plans,pulling $ figures out of thin air and writing them down on a sheet of paper in front of us. I am sitting there thinking ,is this guy actually knowing these figures or is he figuring we will "bite" at whatever he says and writes down.I like to see things in a menu format ,like when you go to Mc Donald's/Burger King you see what you are gettting and the cost of the product, everyone pays the same price for the same product. That is what I feel like I WASN'T GETTING< THE SAME PRODUCT, FOR THE SAME PRICE EVERYONE WAS PAYING.The salesman bragged about us getting a CERTIFED PRE-OWNED Vechile and then Maschka said that the warranty didn't cover anything, I was so close to reaching across the table and picking up our 7K down payment,tearing it up and walking out,and wishing I had of. This guy is not the way to do business and is a poor reflection on a dealership,who until we went in to his office had a pleasurable experience experience with the salesman. One final note we did purchase there $3500 warranty package but need to drive 120 miles to do any service. The only reason I would not recommend this dealership is because of this individual, and the way they present there warranty products, UNTIL THEY FORMAT THERE EXTENDED WARRANTY'S IN A WRITTEN MENU WITH PRICES INCLUDED,THAT ARE FOR EVERYONE, i will NOT RECOMMEND THEM More

Fabulous buying experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure sales. We got home and realized we needed to switch for a vehicle we could put a trailer hitch on as the one we originally purc friendly, no pressure sales. The people at Anderson North make you feel at ease. They are in touch with you at all times and don't let you just sit there not knowing the score. He was very open regarding the overall process and calculations, which was refreshing and appreciated. Kurt Tibbs helped us through the final paperwork portion of the process and warranty coverage options. He previously prepared the necessary paperwork and clearly explained the warranty options. Although there were multiple options to choose from, he did not pressure us into a decision which did not meet our needs. More
