Sometimes having to go over everything twice, he was so professional and efficient as well as courteous. Even the atmosphere was friendly. I was a little nervous at financing time, but Even that was smooth. I was Even given up front pricing. All the employees are warm, kind ,friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me to get an affordable payment plan as well. That's why I keep coming back. More

My 2026 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate XL was in Anderson of Hunt Valley for 35 days before Anderson of Hunt Valley figured out what was wrong with my vehicle. This was the fourth time in 5 months that my vehic Hunt Valley for 35 days before Anderson of Hunt Valley figured out what was wrong with my vehicle. This was the fourth time in 5 months that my vehicle was in the shop for the same issue. I had to continuously call Anderson of Hunt Valley for updates on my vehicle, instead of Anderson of Hunt Valley contacting me. Once my vehicle repair was completed this time, I picked up my vehicle and it was dirty inside and out. I had to let the service representative know it was dirty, so it could be cleaned. Totally unhappy with the service I received. More

I had a car problem while making funeral arrangements for my daughter in York PA. The car was towed to Anderson on Friday 07/10 on Saturday Rick called me and I told him I needed my car repaired asap so I c my daughter in York PA.
