We had been car shopping for a week, and our last stop was Anchor Subaru. We had been to 7 other dealerships that week and after we had been here we were sold on Anchor Subaru. The most knowledgeable, polite, and friendly salesman greeted us.(Jerry Cohen) The car sold it's self but Jerry sold us on Anchor. Jerry made buying my 1st new car a very pleasant and positive experience. We were hard on him with questions but he was able to answer almost every thing off the top of his head and able to research the answers he didn't have very quickly. By far the BEST salesman we have had the pleasure of working with. Paulette the finance lady was again the most helpful and courteous person I could've hoped for. Thank you, Jerry and Paulette for making my experience at Anchor Subaru the best ever. More
I purchased a used 2006 Outback in 2007. At that time it had only had 13k miles, now it has well over 60K. From the first day I bought the car I have had nothing but great service. Both the service and sales teams have bent over backwards to make sure that my experience is a positive one. The whole company makes you feel like you’re part of a family. I have found them to be honest and one of the most professional car dealerships I have ever been to. Besides my Outback I also own a 2007 Forrester and receive the same great service on that car also. I am always recommending this dealership and Subaru to everyone. Keep up the great work! More

They assisted me with finding the right car that I wanted, went on a test drive, and got me the highest possible for my used car. I went to Anchor Subaru to purchase a 2007 Subaru Forester that I had seen on line. The salesman, Shar Chauvin, is the person I first talked to on the phone. We set up a time and date for me to tes Forester that I had seen on line. The salesman, Shar Chauvin, is the person I first talked to on the phone. We set up a time and date for me to test drive the car. Shar was really great as the car was ready for my test drive and he took time to explain everything about the vehicle before I even drove it. Shar was very knowledgeable about everything on the Forester. I felt at ease talking to him and he did not try to pressure me into buying the Forester or any other vehicle. After the test drive, I told Shar that I would buy that Forester and he went into complete details with me about all the costs associated with it. On the day of my taking possession of the Forester, Shar took the plates off my old car and put them on the Forester. I might add that it was snowing and he took care of everything himself. I would recommend him to anyone that I know is looking for a great car and great salesman. Paulette Matteson, Business Manager was very friendly, polite, and very helpful in getting all the paperwork done for the sale, transfer of registration, and getting a new title from Massachusetts. She made sure to explain to me about the remaining warranty, the warranty that Anchor provided with the Forester and even mentioned about financing. I had already arranged my own financing so I explained that I was all set with that. From the moment that I first entered the door of Anchor, everyone was friendly, courteous and were ready and willing to help me in any way they could. My daughter has bought 2 Subarus from Andchor and has always been very satisfied with them. More
This was our first time shopping at this dealer and it was an awesome experience, which ended with the purchase of a 2011 Subaru XT Touring Forester, complete with NAV and a boat load of accesories. Our salesperson, Micah, was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of this vehicle, from the engineering to the features, from stem to stern. He spent a goodly amount of quality time with us before the sale, as well as after our purchase - which was very refreshing, as other dealers we have dealt with in the past are only concerned with the "before" time. He even introduced us to the service manager and scheduled our first, complimentary, break-in oil change. Paulette, the dealer's Business Manager, was incredibly personable and a pleasure to deal with. She offered various financial options to us, for our ultimate choice and was not pushy, at all. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the normally dry part of the process fun! This was truly our most enjoyable car purchase. More
