Because we were leaving for NH on a Wednesday and because we live an hour away, we called to make an appointment to just "look" at a possible pre-owned Forester. Peter asked a few questions about what we had in mind so he would be ready to attend to us on our Monday appointment. When we arrived there was a vehicle right outside the door and we took it for a test drive. He said he had also chosen another possibility which had just come in and was on the lift. We loved the one on the lift and with seemingly hundreds of pieces of paper, tracking down our insurance agent, discussing finances and warranties, changing license plates and discussions regarding our out-of-state registration on Monday afternoon, I can't believe we picked up the car early afternoon Tuesday and were on our way to NH Wednesday in our new car! The only reason for only 4 stars is that there seemed to be an inordinate amount of pressure to purchase a warranty which, being a used car, was going to expire in a month. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our wait time with Peter who was friendly, professional and helpful the entire time. More
