He determined it was a faulty oil trap and that I could safely drive to the dealership. Rob at the service desk is always friendly, courteous and patiently answers my questions. Stacy always makes sure I am getting the help I need. This is why we have been loyal customers at AlMartin Volvo for so many years! More

Warranty claims do not exist, or are disregarded as operator error. (Most people can tell in November if a car is putting out heat or not.). If a battery dies repeatedly in a brand new car for a reason the dealership cannot explain, guess that would be a warranty claim worthy of remediation for most auto manufacturers. Not at Almartin. In lieu of dealing with an unresponsive and unprofessional car dealer I elected to dump a 2023 Volvo at a loss and purchase a reliable vehicle. Lessons learned. More
