Went in for a recall on my Explorer. While it was being completed they discovered other issues. I waited for the estimate for the additional repairs for over an hour and it still wasn’t While it was being completed they discovered other issues. I waited for the estimate for the additional repairs for over an hour and it still wasn’t given to me, even though I was told that it would be a “few minutes” Andrew was able to complete the recall repair to the best of his ability with the parts that were available but they won’t have the rest of the parts until possibly later this year 😳 More

Wonderful and inviting group of individuals. I had the pleasure to work with Lelia who was very great to work with during the little time I was there. I drove 3 hours to come to this dealershi I had the pleasure to work with Lelia who was very great to work with during the little time I was there. I drove 3 hours to come to this dealership and felt like a person and not a number. I ended up buying that night and have been happy and supported by the dealership through the entire process and beyond. I highly recommend coming here and will be pushing those I know to, at minimum, check the dealership for any vehicles they may be interested in. More

They answered all of questions in a timely manner and was open on honest. They even let me haul my camper for test drive to ensure it hauled it with ease.
