Friday 14th January 2022 found me feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I had just moved to Abilene from South Africa. I was scheduled to start working at a local hospital on that Monday the 17th, and had no ide stressed. I had just moved to Abilene from South Africa. I was scheduled to start working at a local hospital on that Monday the 17th, and had no idea how I was going to get to work. Having been an ardent fan of Honda for years, I went to Honda of Abilene, where I was assisted by a young man who was exceptionally efficient, and he was determined to make sure that I would be able to get to my place of employment safely and on time. After an hour or so I was convinced that I was not going to be finance approved for the vehicle that I had chosen, but thanks to the tenacity of the young man (Brett Lineweaver) who assisted me, I was approved! He did not stop there. Mr. Lineweaver then made the time to assist me with getting my vehicle insured. Proudly, I drove my vehicle home. It was shining clean, as it had just been washed, and the gas tank had been filled. I was beyond grateful and impressed. Thanks to Honda of Abilene, and thanks to the angel that is Brett Lineweaver (sales consultant), I now have a safe and pleasant commute to work. And thank you for making me feel so welcome in Abilene, which is now home. More

I had been getting my 2110 Tundra serviced at the Lithia Toyota Dealership on Southwest Drive in Abilene Texas because I have a lifetime service agreement with Lithia. Lately it had been getting difficult t Toyota Dealership on Southwest Drive in Abilene Texas because I have a lifetime service agreement with Lithia. Lately it had been getting difficult to schedule a service time two or three days out. One of the Toyota service associates suggested I try the Lithia Honda dealership on Danville since they too would honor my service agreement. I am really glad I switched! Jewelz Graham, a service associate there, has been extremely easy to work with, and she schedules service when it is convenient for me. She doesn’t try to push other services I don’t want or need like the Toyota people did. I highly recommend you have your vehicles, no matter the make or model, serviced at Honda of Abilene.
