Went in middle of June, was told it would be at least a week before they could look at my truck. Said I could make an appointment and when I brought it in it would still be a couple of days before they cou week before they could look at my truck. Was 2 weeks before they even started on the truck. And just 1 day short of 3 weeks before I had the truck back. Tell me what good an appointment does!!! More
