Honest, Fair, upfront, and pleasent I have been searching for a Alfa Romeo Giulia for several months, visited 3 other dealers and didn't get the sense that they want to work with me on a I have been searching for a Alfa Romeo Giulia for several months, visited 3 other dealers and didn't get the sense that they want to work with me on a trade-in. Previous weekend I traveled almost 400 miles run trip to another Alfa dealer only to have them change the terms of the deal when I got there. I exchanged some email with Chris and ended up talking to him on the phone. Talked through all the details, what I was looking for, what I was trading in and my expectations. Within 30 minutes we had a verbal agreement and I set out on a 3.5 hour drive across the state. When I got there, no drama, no changes, the paperwork was ready and the terms as we agreed upon. It was great to find a dealer who respected potential customers and it says alot that we drove so many miles on the basis of a phone call with a sales associate. Thanks Chris. More

It was love at first site at Maserati Alfa Romeo of St Petersburg. Robbie met us wandering the lot and offered his assistance. We weren't really looking to buy; "we're just looking" we told him. He understood but still offered to show us around which was perfect because he was so unassuming and full of great information on the models, pricing, and features. It was the most no pressure sales experience of our lives! We saw the Levante and knew she was the one. Robbie offered us a test drive. We acccepted and drove while he professionally explained and demonstrated all of the features of the Levante. What a great experience! Afterward we still needed time to not make an impulse buy. Robbie gave us his card and bid us adieu with no pressure. But it was too late, the Maserati Levante had made its impression and two days later we were back!
