Alfa Romeo and FIAT of Maple Shade

Customer service was horrible. I still have not received a return contact for my extended warranty on my vehicle. I feel I was pushed into buying that vehicle late that night. I will never recommend anybody a return contact for my extended warranty on my vehicle. I feel I was pushed into buying that vehicle late that night. Love my Alfa! Never expected to drive home with one of these vehicles. The problem I have is the cost of the Alfa Romeo parts. I took my car in for a recall (warranty), oil change ($75) and a squeak in the front (warranty). I walked out paying $1,157. My 2018 Stelvio (lease) needed rear brakes and they had to replace the rotors because I was told they are made of composite material ($630). Also, they had to flush and replace the brake fluid (recommendation by Alfa Romeo)($185.45). Also, disinfect and replace cabin filter (recommended by Alfa Romeo)($109.84), $84.95 for 8,000-mile service and don't forget $71.90 NJ sales tax. My SUV had 22,022 miles at service. Another problem is why did the brakes wear out so fast? I've had leases since 2005 with 36,000-48,000 mile leases and never needed brakes. Am I going to have to replace brakes/rotors again at lease termination in June 2021? Emil asked me if I was going to lease another Alfa Romeo. After this, NO WAY. Never, ever again. More
