Great dealership I went to EVERY Fiat in the area and spent hours researching and shopping for the best deal and I am so happy I got my car from Fiat of North Miami. I first went to see the 500 sport back in July and Jazziel or Jazz as most people call him was great didn't push me to buy the car, told me all the features and took me on a test drive but since i was still on a lease I decided to wait a couple more months. I went back today and looked for Jazz immediately when I walked into the showroom I fell in LOVE with the Luce Blue 500 sport. Jazz was wonderful and patient and Ronald is a numbers magician he was AMAZING with the numbers. I wanted a sport with leather seats and I had a budget to stick too and I was very concerned about the APR with financing (Rick case gave me an apr of 10% and Planet Fiat gave me an apr of 13.25%) I was very tough on him he wrote everything down and came back with the numbers I wanted and a much lower APR than I was expecting (less than 7%) . I was thrilled the WHOLE process was very fast. Before I knew it they where taking my car out of the showroom. So thrilled with my car and the service I received Jazz and Ronald are amazing. They are a dream team and every dealership should have a Jazz and Ronald. More

Recently bought a car from this dealership. I am very disappointed by their service and product. This car has had multiple problems, weird noises, sometimes it doesn't start. I recently bought a brand new fiat 500 sport for my birthday. I was very excited to get the car since my family has been a Fiat fan since the 70's. This exciting experience quickly turned into a nightm birthday. I was very excited to get the car since my family has been a Fiat fan since the 70's. This exciting experience quickly turned into a nightmare as the car experienced multiple problems, it has been in and out of the shop for a total of 35 days, it has failed to start multiple times and I had to get it towed to the shop. After speaking to the dealership their solution was for me to buy a more expensive model since my was not available any more and lose all the car payments made so far towards the car. In essence i would sell my car for a discounted price while I would have to buy a more expensive new one. This is unfair to its core since the car they sold me already came with multiple problems. I am utterly disgusted by the way this dealership has treated me, they truly do not care about the legitimate concerns of their costumers.It has been 5 months and still no solution to my problem. After speaking to Fiat USA they told me that the only solution to my issue was to do the lemon law. As a consumer I have never been more disappointed with a brand and a product. I recommend you really research this car before buying and truly consider whether you will risk my experience since this has literally been draining my time and energy for months. More
