Staff at the cashier did not really elaborate on when the shuttle was available. I asked the lady when is it available and all that, and she gave me this lame answer. “They are on a break and will come back shuttle was available. A few weeks ago i called to make an appointment and was told I could just walk in no appt necessary for an express service. I came in as a walk in a few weeks later and was told you don’t take walk ins and told I could just walk in no appt necessary for an express service. I came in as a walk in a few weeks later and was told you don’t take walk ins and I have to make an appt. I went online to make an appointment and the first thing I see is no appoint necessary for walk ins. The marketing feels false and is a waste of time when you can’t actually walk in for service. VERY FRUSTRATING. I’m hoping there are other service options near me. More

I was able to come in, trade in our old car and drive out with a new one in less than 2 hours. That was my goal. Stephen stuck to his word and had two options ready for us when we came in.
