I have never had a sales rep. work so had to find me a truck I had a bad experience with current my truck and felt I needed to upgrade which was not a planned event. Met up with Jamie thru the Costco plan and found her to be the hardest working sales rep. I have ever worked with. She went through the process first finding what truck I wanted. Then she worked thru several attempts to find and acquire a truck that met my wants. All happening between Christmas and New Year. I took delivery on New Years day which totally surprised me anyone was working. I can not say enough about Her and her team. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Webb I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Webb Chevy. I didn't have money for the 1000 dollar down payment, so they told me they could hold my c I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Webb Chevy. I didn't have money for the 1000 dollar down payment, so they told me they could hold my check until my next payday. Great, I thought! Until they did not hold the check, and proceeded to overdraft my account 800 dollars. Both the salesperson and the finance lady assured me that this would not happen, but it did. They offered to cover the overdraft fees, which was nice. But my overdrafted account left me no money for formula for my 3 week old baby, no money for gas to get to work, and no money to feed myself, my wife, or my 13 year old. This was on a Friday. Their solution? To overnight me a check on monday that would arrive tuesday. So 4 days with no access to money. They ended up bringing the check in person on Monday, which I immediately deposited to bring my account current. Unfortunately, the bank flagged their check as suspicious, and are now holding the funds until January 7, essentially a whole week longer. So another week with no access to money. And throughout this whole process, Alan Webb has not offered any type of compensation, and not even one of their managers could do the right thing and reach out to me to at least apologize. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Alan Webb, and obviously it is also the last. I am going to let everyone I can know about my experience in hopes that they dont support a company who treats families like that. More

New Pickup I had been searching the net. for awhile and had a pretty good idea what I would have to pay for a new pickup. I then decided to try the Costco Auto P I had been searching the net. for awhile and had a pretty good idea what I would have to pay for a new pickup. I then decided to try the Costco Auto Program. The Alan Webb Dealership was on their preferred list. . I spoke with Josh,in sales, and told him what I wanted..He gave me a price that was better than anything else I'd seen in my search. The next morning I met him there. I was Leary because over the years I have had some terrible experiences with car dealers. This was the complete opposite. He promptly answered all my questions, I never felt pressured, We took a drive. Everything was as it should be and I went home with a new , 2019 Chev Crew Cab 4x4. Oh....and the best part...I bought it for my wife....and she is still thrilled ! I would recommend this dealership to anybody. More
