Al Piemonte Buick GMC - Service Center

I brought my vehicle in regarding the recall dealing with the wiper blades. I mentioned something about a clucking sound and if it could be checked out. I was told that would cost $199 to check so I said dis the wiper blades. I mentioned something about a clucking sound and if it could be checked out. My appoint was for 9:00 am and I got there at 9:10 and my vehicle wasn't ready until around 12:00 pm or so. I feel my vehicle was push back because I said to disregard the clucking sound. I will find somewhere else to take my vehicle going forward. I have been going there for some time but will not tolerate being treated less than. I am unable to write the customer service employee's name because the paperwork is in my vehicle in my garage. It was my first time dealing/seeing him (the really young guy). More
