Well I took the vehicle in due to check engine light and a dead battery. They found nothing wrong. They told me I needed to connect a small trickle battery charger to it if I wasnt going to drive it for a c a dead battery. They found nothing wrong. If that is the case then GM has a big problem with their vehicles.I can understand plug8n in a charger if it going to it for several weeks, but several days??????? More

This was my first service to be done since purchasing my vehicle about six months ago. I called to confirm this would be covered by the dealer and they said yes. Made an appointment and drove an hour, to al vehicle about six months ago. I called to confirm this would be covered by the dealer and they said yes. Made an appointment and drove an hour, to almost be turned away because their guys were all clocked out already, not sure why we had people clock out if there were still upcoming appointments. Then at the end of the service they rang me up and charged me the service. I said that this should be on them and this was confirmed over the phone before I made the appointment and drove an hour to the shop. Just a little messy, everyone was kind but I could sense they were antsy and wanting to “get it over with” and go home. More
