I had my car serviced (as a walk in) and appreciate that I could receive service the same day.. I was somewhat disappointed that after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure monitor started to flash; I fe I could receive service the same day.. I was somewhat disappointed that after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure monitor started to flash; I feared a flat tire so I stopped on the side of the road to check-all was well. Called the dealership and left a message seeing as it was after 6 pm. They promptly called me the next morning and told me to come back to the dealership to have service rectify the problem. When I arrived, I was told that it would be approximately 30-35 mins service time. It was almost 2 hours later when I got my car back. I asked Jarrett if they could do a quick car wash for my inconvenience and he said he would arrange it. Sadly, no car wash. I did appreciate the video of the status of the car but would have appreciated even more so a video of the finished work. Jarrett was kind and competent but I could see at the end just before I got my car back, that the relationship developed was strained. It would be great to hear from you to hear what you think of my feedback. Thanks. More
The service center once had more items on display for customers. Also, some of the perks that were given to long term customers aren’t offered: (shuttle beyond a certain mileage, free car wash vouchers). customers.
