DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAD A COLLISION Three weeks ago, my car a 2015 Sienna, was crashed by someone in a Shopping center, so I called my insurance and they told me to take it anywhere I wa Three weeks ago, my car a 2015 Sienna, was crashed by someone in a Shopping center, so I called my insurance and they told me to take it anywhere I wanted. So, having bought my car at this dealership, I thought they would be the best people for the job. I took it there and the service guy that received me, Wilmod George, said that they do not have a body shop but they take the cars across the street to JM Lexus, where they have a very good Body shop. Knowing that , I left my car there. After 3 days nobody called me about my car so I called Wilmor and He said He did not know anything but He would look into it and He would call me the next day. He did and He told me that they took my car to JM Lexus but where waiting for the insurance company to come to accept and extension of the repair quote since more work needed to be done. Two days passed and noboby called me, I called the insurance company and they told me that they had accepted the extension and to talk to the dealership and ask them when was my car going to be ready. I called Wilmor several times and even left him a message, but He did not come back to me. So I called the service manager, Chris, and He said He did not know, but then after calling around, He found out that the car was a t another body shop and that the next day Wilmor would call me with all the details. He called and told me thta my car was at JM Lexus and thta it would be ready in a couple of days. So I waited and after 5 days I called Wilmor, no answer, and decided to call JM Lexus directly. The manager there said that my car was not there and had Wilmor called me to tell me thta it was in another body shop. So after 2 and a half weeks, I had to go to this body shop, Sheehans, in Boca Raton, to get my car and the workmanshio is very regular, The paint looks opaque and has a dent in one side of the panel that they fixed and painted, and which does not fit well since there is a wider gap between the panel and the fender that on the side that was not crashed. This is to say the least about how dirty the car was on the inside, I went to see the service manager again and showed him the car and explain all this to him, to which we said he would call Sheehans and for me to call the insurance company and tell them this so they could agree on paying for the bad repair they did. Bottom line is, Why in the dealership , they deceive the clients by telling them the car is going to be repaired in one place and they take it somewhere else without the clients consent? If I had known this, I would never had left the car there. So Please, if you had a collision, do noy take your care here! More

They also get straight to the point & handle my car with care but in a speedy manner. I hate waiting so I let them drop me off at the promenade or home.
