I have been coming (and going) to this service center for over 20 years, I had a 2000 civic, 2008 accord and now drive a 2018 civic. I came in ready for the worst, but actually had an excellent experience. I was greeted right away, they accepted a coupon I had and it only took 40 minutes. Today is the first of the month and I was so stressed about because my Honda lease was due and rent was due. But Sandra and Brian really helped me out.
