We first opened our doors in September of 2002 as a Chrysler and Jeep dealer, and eventually acquired Dodge and Ram in December of 2008. Conveniently located on 7801 East Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep serves Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona, AZ, as well as the surrounding communities. As a leading Jeep dealership in the Valley, we also hold an annual Jeep Jamboree, where we invite Jeep owners to come with us on a weekend-long off-roading trip. The event has been incredibly successful over the years, and it continues to be a yearly highlight.
In addition to hosting fun events, we also support many organizations within our community. We have sponsored and donated to the Arizona Humane Society, Crisis Nursery, Pinnacle High School, American Legion, and Mesa 4-Wheelers in the past. I prefer to support my dealer, but price matching is important, or at least be competitive. I do understand you have to make some money to stay in business. The service rep has been very courteous and informative and does not seem to mind if I ask questions about the service that is being done on my car. I was mislead with my extended warranty. I had problem with my glass since I bought it. They were aware of the problem and they said that it was not cover when I was told with this warranty the covertibl with my glass since I bought it. The first time I take my car to get service I was over charged for a oil change. They charged my $906 making my checking account negative. I was sold that I will receive a call from management but I never did. I had to call and even then they did not care.I will be filling a complaint with the better business and I will be sent letter to their upper management. More
