Just bought a 2018 Crossktrek from them only to find out they charged me $1700 more than the price we agreed on. During negotiations we agreed on $18,200 down from $19,995 which was the sticker price. Only they charged me $1700 more than the price we agreed on. Only to be charged $80 under the sticker price because they rushed me through the paperwork as fast as they could. Weaseling $1700 out of a first time car buyer is absolutely disgusting xxxxxxx practice. I’m partially to blame for not reading the price, and I learned a tough life lesson, but they’ve forever lost a customer and I will not recommend them to anyone. More

Great Service Tom Nye was my salesman and he was relaxing to work with. We worked with the purchase price. The vehicle I selected had not been serviced yet so when I drove it off the lot the air conditioner was not blowing cold air.
