Looks like the service is good the problem is that it is very slow and takes double the time they tell you. Also prices are much higher than any other dealer and they will give you the "good" price only aft very slow and takes double the time they tell you. It was my first time there and my experience was horrible. I had a 1pm appt and a arrived at 12:30. I left at 3:20pm and My car was never attended too and no one came out to update me on the situati horrible. I had a 1pm appt and a arrived at 12:30. It’s took 9 hours to do 1st maintenance with no oil change and practically nothing to do with a new car and 2500 mileage. Adviser Andrew Zollinger lied to me that my car will be ready by 3 pm. When I c change and practically nothing to do with a new car and 2500 mileage. Adviser Andrew Zollinger lied to me that my car will be ready by 3 pm. When I came to pick up he said car will be ready an hour-means no one even did anything to it. He didn’t offer me any explanation why it took 9 hours to do check inspections. I don’t think I’ll be using Advantage Toyota for my future service need More

Appointments are scheduled for a reason. Toyota Advantage never honors the scheduled appointments for the last 4 years. I had an appointment yesterday for 11:30. I got there at 10:00.
