Jovan was absolutely amazing! !! I post this review for everyone but I want to highlight how as a single woman, I had the best experience feeling respected and with zero pressur !! I post this review for everyone but I want to highlight how as a single woman, I had the best experience feeling respected and with zero pressure to make a deal. I walked into advantage Chevrolet Bridgeview hesitant but excited to see what options were available to me. Right away, JOVAN greeted me with a smile and eager to help me. The entire time felt easy, calming, (even when talking numbers), and I honestly felt as if I was talking to a family member who was going to find me the best deal. I test drove a couple of vehicles and felt zero pressure. JOVAN explained everything thoroughly and took his time to answer all of my questions. JOVAN is so personable and great that he had different clients come in while he was with me and took care of their needs while tending to me. A + customer service!!! Even if I wasn’t going to walk out with a vehicle, I knew I was walking out with a new friend, but, fortunately, I WAS ABLE TO WALK OUT WITH A BRAND NEW TRAILBLAZER within my budget!!! More
