Due to the winter pot holes my card had a flat. I was very pleased they picked up my vehicle in my driveway and brought to the service center. Wait time estimated by service consultant, confirmed by manager is 1.5 hours. Factually - today, 2 hrs 25 min after two complaints. Last time - over 2 hrs and i skipped the car wash. To placate me, manager gave me a 15% discount i am entitled to anyway as car was bought at this dealership. I had a Volvo for 6 yrs and loved their service. I hate lax service standards.
