Getting it Done I have been a customer of Acura of Westchester since 2006 and have been dealing with Chris since 2010. I was referred to Chris by a previous employee I have been a customer of Acura of Westchester since 2006 and have been dealing with Chris since 2010. I was referred to Chris by a previous employee who moved and I have always felt comfortable knowing that my vehicle was in good hands. I just don't consider Chris a service rep, I consider him a friend. He makes sure my vehicle gets the care it needs so that it is safe for me and my family. I know that my MDX will be checked out thoroughly and any problems that may occur will be handled in a professional manner. I will and have recommended Chris and Acura of Westchester to friends and family. More

The service advisor that take care me was Chris. He was very polite and professional, and explained to me very detailing what happen, cost, and time frame. He introduced himself professionally, welcomed me to the dealership and asked if I need help. I told him I was in for service and I was ok. He then asked me what kind if car I was driving and I told him a 1012 MDX. He said well your waiting anyway why not sit with me and go over a few options. I agreed and he took his time to explain the benefits of me getting out of my car early and into a new MDX, getting into a 2013 loaner car he had or simply buying my own car off if lease. Believe it or not he made a lot of since so I called my wife and we decided to do it!! Frank and his partner Liam made the experience fast and pleasurable.
