My husband and I went into Acura of Westchester looking to trade in our old SUV for a new one. At first we were not sure if the MDX was what we wanted, but after working with Anthony Rodia, one of their sa to trade in our old SUV for a new one. At first we were not sure if the MDX was what we wanted, but after working with Anthony Rodia, one of their sales person, we were sold. Anthony's wealth of knowledge and experience coupled with his personable and friendly attitude made this transaction an easy and pleasant one. From beginning to end Anthony walked us through the process and gave us a great deal! We are very happy with the MDX. Its a great car and Acura of Westchester is a great dealership. Fernando and Ron were amazing. They treated me with an enormous amount of courtesy and hospitality. More over, they worked diligently to get me the car of my choice. I've never felt more appreciated and welcomed at any dealership in my life, and I have been to over 20 dealerships. After visiting Acura of Westchester, and talking to the sales reps (Fernando, Ron, Alex P, Jonathan Zung) I felt like if I was going to buy a car, then it definitely was going to be from here. Words can't explain my satisfaction with Fernando's and Rob's service. I'm extremely satisfied, and now I will be a life long customer of Acura of Westchester. I can't imagine ever buying a car from anywhere else. More

car broke down in the Bronx,I'm from Albany.Called Westchester acura for warranty service and had the car towed there.Sal looked me up on the computer and gave me the number for a car rental and salva Westchester acura for warranty service and had the car towed there.Sal looked me up on the computer and gave me the number for a car rental and salvaged my weekend.The car was repaired and ready when Sal said it would be.SAL IS THE MAN!Dealt with westchester acura in the past,glad to see it is still a quality dealership with a service department second to none.That is why when I had the problem i had the car towed there.I might have to go there to buy my next acura. I found the dealership very friendly, it was very easy to warm up to the employees. Kelly Ryder is an exceptional salesman who I felt didn't try to cheat me or sell me short. The reason I found the car was because of Danny G and his posting on cars.com. I immediately printed out the posting because it said to and bring it to him when you enter the dealership and they'll honor the pricing posted on the website, so that worked out really well. Overall I had a great experience buying my first car! More

I came in one morning to exchange my lease or keep.
