I recently purchased a brand new 2013 RDX from Anthony Rodia. Acura of Westchester was the second dealership I visited while shopping for a SUV. He was not at all pushy as some sales people usually are. He put all the numbers in front of us, explained all our options and did not want to finalize anything until we understood everything 100%. Not only am i extremely happy w my Acura, but it is nice to know that purchasing a new car does not always have to be a painful experience. Went in to buy a car. Anthony Rodia was the salesperson who helped me. I had an amazing experience at Acura of Westchester. I instantly felt comfortable when I walked in and was treated well by everyone I encountered. Being a young single female, I have experienced not being instantly felt comfortable when I walked in and was treated well by everyone I encountered. Being a young single female, I have experienced not being taken seriously at other dealers. I was given Anthony Rodia as a sales rep and he was excellent. I can be a little bit anal, indecisive and have a tendency to ask an obscene amount of questions to make sure I have all the information… but Anthony was very patient and handled it very professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He was very honest and even admitted that he thought the previous owner of a vehicle might have been a smoker (pet peeve of mine). I ended up purchasing a 2012 TSX and am thrilled with it. I did quite a bit of shopping and would highly recommend Acura of Westchester to anybody. It was a quick and painless experience. Overall the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I went into Acura of Westchester to check a quote I was given by another dealer and to get their price. I brought my 2004 TL in for service because of a warning light concerning my airbags. Everyone I spoke to at Acura of Westchester was very responsive and friendly, in particular Sal Gambitta, the service co light concerning my airbags. Everyone I spoke to at Acura of Westchester was very responsive and friendly, in particular Sal Gambitta, the service consultant. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a follow-up at my convenience for the actual repair after a part was ordered. They also performed a general check up to detect any other issues that might require attention, which proved very helpful. The waiting area was clean and customer friedly. The repair was completed at no charge for parts or labor because it was covered under a lifetime Acura warranty. They also washed the car for free. Frankly, since I bought my first Acura in 2000, I have not had a bad experience with Acura of Westchester. More
