Our over all experience was wonder! The quality of work this dealership is beyond words. They have very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a time that went by that someone ask us if we were alright and if this dealership is beyond words. They have very friendly and helpful. They did not seem pushy at all but instead they wanted you to be happy with what you are getting. I went with my mother who only spoke a little bit of english and wanted to be help by someone who spoke spanish. We went on a sunday so not everybody was working but lucky Jose was there to help us out. He was wonderful he truly seemed that he cared for us and wanted to make both me and my mother happy. The car we came to look at was not there so he help us find another car similar to the one i originally wanted within the same price range. Which was great! Jose was very helpful when answering all the questions my mother needed to know and more. More

I first visited Ken Hick in 2001 when I told my friend Bob Zacc that I needed a new car. Bob said go to Acura of Westchester and see Ken. My first Acura was a TL-S and maybe the best car I ever had. Since then my wife and our 4 kids have leased or purchased 13 vehicles form Ken. Why do we keep coming back? Acura makes great cars and Ken gives us a great deal. I had visited a different Acura dealership the same day and made clear my interest in purchasing a car that day (or very soon thereafter). They were much less motiviated and interested in helping me make a deal that I was comfortable with. Additionally, I had previously visited the same Infiniti dealer from which I had purchased two cars and made clear that I wanted to buy a certified G37 from them. Again, the representative at Infiniti that I worked with, while very nice, was not as motivated and did not provide me with the same level of information that I received from Kelly. More
