I wanted to lease a 2014 MDX in Forest Mist Metallic with Eucalyptus leather interior and had a very hard time locating the vehicle. I decided to visit the showroom and compare price and availability and was very surprised when Jose Crespo told me that he could have the vehicle within a matter of days (honestly I did not believe him, we all know how car dealers can be....full of promises). Well needless to say Jose came through. Jose was very polite and just an amazing person. I actually visited the showroom early 2013 to inquire about the new 2014 mdx and that's when I met Jose. When I walked into the showroom on Jan 18, 2014 Jose actually remembered me and remembered the color of the vehicle I had inquired about over 1 year ago...I thought that was very nice and special. Jose was very helpful and kind. I would recommend Acura of Westchester to my friends and family. I would also like to mention Frank Cardillo was very kind and a pleasure to work with and I can't forget to mention Danny "The Voice" Giannotti who broke down the entire lease process for me. Never thought I would receive such great customer service at a car dealership. After driving a Toyota for 10 years I was in the market for a vehicle in hopes of it making that same journey with the next vehicle I chose. I decided to give ACURA a try after several months of research. for a vehicle in hopes of it making that same journey with the next vehicle I chose. I am from the Albany, NY area and devided to make the trek 3 hours to evaluate this dealership's service, flexibility and integrity... because of the lack of inventory upstate. Before I continue with my reivew, it must be noted that I had never met or delt with ANYONE at this dealership. I did my due dilligence and found the vehicle I wanted to test drive. When we arrived after a snow storm, the assoicates including the managers were in the parking lot efficiently moving and cleaning cars. They were patient and warm, looking for a safe place to park our Acura that we drove down in. I met Vinnie who welcomed us after a restroom break. He was pleasant and knew his way around the vehicle. We test drove. He never spoke, he let us banter about what we thought was important in the vehicle. After negociations, I went to lunch with my friend to talk about the deal. Upon our return we made our offer. He listened intently to our concerns and had nothing but positive body language. Vinnie asked if we would meet the infamous ( in a GREAT way...) Tony. We did just that. We ended up talking more about Catholic education and Danny Devito than the vehicle! We felt like we were in a movie it was so perfect. Bottom line and getting right down to specifics now.... Acura of Westchester Rocks! ACURA's of course sell themsleves but ACURA could not do it without this dealership. It has been the most pleasurable experience I have ever had in buying a car. NO business transaction I have ever done has gone this smoothly. The car was prepped with new tires, mats, CPO'd for the price which was MORE than fair. Now for the administrative end of the deal. Diane, as an office manager knows her way around not only the adminstrative tasks, but her efficiency absolutley amazed me. She smiled and listened. She completed what I needed to have done with lighting speed. I was sorry I did not see her on delivery. I will make my best effort to get down to the city for business just so I can have my car serviced at ACURA of Westchester. I would encourage anyone in the hunt for this line of Vehicles to get in touch with Vinnie ( Vincent ) . He is a super person and the dealership is lucky to have him. More
