Acura of Westchester

This was my second purchase from Acura of Westchester. I had been looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, (certified used) however I was not impressed with a 3 month warranty. I had initially looked at the RDX bu had been looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, (certified used) however I was not impressed with a 3 month warranty. I had initially looked at the RDX but the salesman, Jonathan, clearly knows his customers, had mentioned that one of his regular customers had just traded in an MDX with very little mileage, and the customer keeps his cars immaculate, he suggested I look at this SUV. The point is that, Jonathan, knows the customers, and the carfs, and I am now happily in gently used, certified MDX. I have purchased many cars over the years, Volvo Audi, Mercedes. This is the first dealer I have dealt with that really felt like family, they all claim this, but like I said, this was my second purchase from the same dealer. I can't say that about the others. We arrived at 2p to pick up our car and left at 8:30p. (SIX AND A HALF HOUR WAIT FOR OUR NEW CAR). Frank and Liam gave us a gift certificate to get lunch and then threw in all weather mats for the wait. However, due to miscommunication between service and sales and a mistake made which did not get our purchased vehicle through CT inspection when needed along with repairs needed found during the certified inspection process (which the inspection process did not even begin until afte we had already been there for a couple of hours) caused this extremely unacceptable wait. We were ready to walk out during the process. We live an hour and a half from the dealership so it did not make sense to return home. We are very happy with the car and we did receive the mats. The finance employee (lives in New Milford-sorry cannot remember name) was extremely helpful and friendly. Liam and Frank make a great team. However, the ball was severely dropped. Someone should have called us to let us know to re-schedule to pick up the next day if there were so many problems! What should have been a great experience - picking up the nicest car we have every purchased - ended up being the worst sales experience. More

My experience at Acura of Westchester, was just that, GREAT!. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a NO HASSLE fashion and the entire stay proceeded just the same. My sales person ROB ELLARD, was phenomenal throughout my entire visit. Let's not forget Alex Piccirillo and Frank Cardillo in finance would made the process easy. Buying a car should always be this easy. In conclusion, Acura of Westchester has a wonderful staff, atmosphere (visually and otherwise) to do car shopping and browsing. More

He was accommodating as we identified a minor service issue at pickup, and ensured that the issue was resolved promptly while being provided a loaner. Additionally, both Diane Djonovic and Frank Cardillo on the finance team were very helpful in assisting through the sale/documentation process. I would also like to share my positive experience at a follow up visit with Service Consultant Tom Maxfield, who provided excellent service as well. Just leased a 2014 Acura MDX Tech. from Anthony Meed. Overall experience was good. Anthony was very knowledgeable on the process even with the added complication of turning in an Audi lease early. He worked with me over the phone first to insure that we would not waste time over the inittial obstacle of the Audi lease (another dealer did waste my time when they said they needed me to come in). He was very patient and walked me through the steps. In 3 days time, I had my Audi Avant turned in and a new MDX for me and my twins.
