Jose Crespo was an excellent salesman! We established a great understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle & price. I was able to negotiate a great deal for myself in less than 30 minutes and walke great understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle & price. The staff worked great together and the Finance Manager Al did everything to make sure the deal worked for both parties. Jose checked on me that night and the following day to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle. I definitely plan on returning to this dealership for my next vehicle. The selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on the lot was more than enough to choose from. I don't see how somebody can't leave that dealership without a car. They took care of everything and worked with me on my budget. I never once felt pressured into getting the vehicle and I REALLY loved the car after he showed and explained all of the details to me. Wait time estimated by service consultant, confirmed by manager is 1.5 hours. Factually - today, 2 hrs 25 min after two complaints. Last time - over 2 hrs and i skipped the car wash. To placate me, manager gave me a 15% discount i am entitled to anyway as car was bought at this dealership. I had a Volvo for 6 yrs and loved their service. I hate lax service standards.
