Through the process he never pressured me to purchased the vehicle and gave me the appropriate space and time for me to make my decision. Very Suprised I went to the dealership on a Friday morning to browse the ILX. I met Andrew the salesperson who was very kind and helpful and upon asking me some qu I went to the dealership on a Friday morning to browse the ILX. I met Andrew the salesperson who was very kind and helpful and upon asking me some questions about the car I currently was driving and my driving habits explained to me that I would not be happy with the ILX and asked me if I would be interested in the TSX. I told him I was and away we went for a test drive. I was not completely sold on the car at that point, not ready to buy, but they let me take it for an extended test drive and when I got back to the dealership, I was sold. Even though I had frozen groceries in hand, Andrew put them away for me in the kitchen and we proceeded to make a deal for the car. Several hours later, I walked away with my new TSX. Andrew was always helpful, and king, and absolutely went out of his way to do everything possible to make it as painless a process as car buying can be. I'm very happy More

Not only is Irwin a great salesman, but he is a concerned person. He is easy-going, but he gets the job done. We were looking for an ILX or a TLX, and Irwin knew that we might want an RDX..That said, we worked out the details, and we could not be happier.
