First, I would like to apologize that your needs were not met during your last visit. I want to assure you that we do not conduct business this way. Part of the reason you bring your vehicle to the dealership is to assure that your vehicle is fixed right the first time. Having that said, I myself, am extremely disappointed that the vehicle was not repaired to your standards. One of the benefits to bringing the vehicle to the dealership, is the fact that you have Acura factory technicians working on your vehicle. Also, Acura factory parts are used for all repairs. This ensures that all parts and labor come with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. That warranty is valid nationwide, at any Acura dealership. I really value you as a customer, and would appreciate the opportunity to re-inspect the vehicle when possible. If given the opportunity, I would be willing to go over the inspection with you and the technician, while the vehicle in the shop. Once again, I do apologize and I hope that you allow us the time to try and earn your trust again. Please feel free to contact me or my general manager know as soon as you are able.
