After test driving a new vehicle, sales manager Joe Cutala came out (instead of the sales person) with a paper showing a price $4,000 more than what their Internet sales rep e-mailed to us. Once we showed Joe the printed e-mail that showed the sales price and the out-the-door total (including all fees and taxes) which were $4,000 less, he still would not honor it, instead came back with another quote that was still $1,000 more than the internet price. That made my decision very easy so we left. We'll take our business elsewhere. More

Buyer beware My husband purchased a used vehicle from this lot with a 30 day warranty, as is. Within 8 months the car had been in the shop on 4 separate occ My husband purchased a used vehicle from this lot with a 30 day warranty, as is. Within 8 months the car had been in the shop on 4 separate occasions, with the last trip resulting in having the engine having to be rebuilt. This car was a total lemon.
