Don’t do business with this dealer. Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. Steve is a horrible manager. He’s verbally aggressive and unprofessional. Steve lied to me and had me waiting unnecessarily for months for a part covered under my warranty. My service was subpar. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and a possible transmission problem. I was not notified by the Advisor on the status, had to call in and wa I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and a possible transmission problem. I was not notified by the Advisor on the status, had to call in and was told that they couldn’t give me a status until the following day. I was asked to come in to perform a test drive ( the technician was very nice) and then told that it would be two hours before they could complete my oil change…. 4 hours later, it was finally complete. The lack of communication by my advisor was unacceptable. I live in Saint Augustine which is 60 miles from the dealership so I am not able to drive home to wait for the completion of the service. I have purchased many Acura’s from this dealership and the Service I received was by far the worst I have experienced. More
